🐛 0 Bugs Fixed + 2 Small Improvements
Yeah we’ve been sitting August out….not. While we’re deeply rewriting Strew to have a much more complete way of storing learning evidence we’re chuffed to say that almost no bugs have been reported!
That’s a great sign that we’re reaching a new stable place with Strew, and it also means we have had more space to dig into the big new updates coming soon.
Here’s what we’ve improved this month:
- Better range of child & parent avatars to better include users
- Removed share 1st activity prompt as it was adding friction to onboarding
✍ So What is Coming Next?
Strew Study Points 2.0 is the main show here. We’re going to change the name of Study Packs to ‘Learning ___’ – can you guess what we’re going to call it?
This will better reflect the reality we live in as home educating parents; where we track what we do partly for posterity, partly to reflect to the child their amazing progress, and partly to have something solid to show the LA if they ever come calling.
It’s coming along nicely, and we expect to have much more to share on this next month.
We’re still keeping these other big jobs on the list, and hope to get this stuff out after the new study points feature set:
- (Optional) Cloud Sync for multi-device
- Learning Suggestions / Reflections on recent focuses
- Bookshelf
